• Identity information: Your full name, provided when you submit our questionnaire, contact form, or book a consultation
• Contact information: Email address, phone number (including WhatsApp), and country of residence
• Fragrance preferences: Your responses to our fragrance questionnaire, including personal memories, lifestyle details, scent preferences and occasion information — shared voluntarily to enable us to create your fragrance
• Payment information: Transaction reference numbers and amounts. We do not store card details — all payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal directly
• Usage data: IP address (used for currency and shipping detection via ipapi.co), browser type and general location — collected automatically when you visit our site
• Communications: Records of messages, emails and notes exchanged between you and your Scent Sommelier during the creative process

We use your personal information exclusively for the following purposes:

• To create and deliver your bespoke fragrance in accordance with your brief
• To contact you regarding your order, consultation scheduling, sample delivery and project progress
• To send order confirmations, invoices and shipping notifications
• To detect your country for currency display and shipping calculation
• To archive your fragrance formula for future reorders
• To send service-related communications (reminders, updates, completion notices)
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact or booking forms

We will only contact you for marketing purposes (new services, promotions, journal content) if you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Your questionnaire responses are accessible only to your assigned Scent Sommelier and, where necessary for formula archiving, our internal creative team. All team members are bound by confidentiality obligations in respect of client data.

Scensora works with a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our business:

• Stripe & PayPal — Payment processing. Their privacy policies govern how your payment data is handled
• ipapi.co — IP-based location detection for currency and shipping display. Only your approximate country is detected; no personal data is shared
• Google Translate — Optional language translation on our website. Usage is subject to Google's privacy policy
• Courier services (DHL, FedEx, etc.) — Your name, address and contact details are shared with our shipping partner solely for the purpose of delivering your order

We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels, or analytics platforms that track your behaviour for commercial purposes.

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

• Order and contact information: 7 years (required for financial record-keeping)
• Fragrance formula and questionnaire data: Indefinitely, to enable future reorders — unless you request deletion
• Enquiry and contact form data: 2 years from last communication
• Website usage data (IP, location): Not stored — used in real time for display purposes only

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Note that deletion of your formula data will mean we cannot fulfil future reorders of your fragrance.

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
